NOTE: CCE ensures that your complaint information is protected under Article 21 of the constitution and will only use or disclose it:

• To deal with the complaint (e.g. sharing it with the respondent for their comments)

• For legal purposes (e.g. if there is a need to disclose information under the rules of a court or tribunal); or
